At our school, we are delighted to introduce you to the exciting learning journey our pupils embark upon, beginning with our Reception class, Acorn Class. This is where our youngest learners take their first steps into a world filled with curiosity and discovery. With a nurturing and stimulating environment, Acorn Class focuses on developing essential early skills through play-based and structured activities that ignite a love for learning.

Moving forward, we welcome our Year 1 and 2 pupils into Oak Class. In Oak, children build upon their foundational skills gained in Reception, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm. The focus is on developing literacy, numeracy, and creative skills, while fostering independence and collaboration among peers.

In Years 3 and 4, pupils join our dynamic Willow Class, a place where even more in-depth learning occurs. Here, children are encouraged to explore subjects further, nurturing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Our dedicated teacher supports each child’s journey, ensuring they grasp more complex concepts whilst enjoying a rich and engaging curriculum.

Finally, Silver Birch Class where our Year 5 and 6 pupils enter the final phase of primary school education in a vibrant and inspiring classroom setting. In these classes, children are prepared for the transition to secondary school, with an emphasis on applying their acquired skills and knowledge across a range of subjects. Our Year 5 and 6 classrooms are an environment where self-confidence flourishes, and leadership skills are encouraged, ensuring pupils are ready to face future challenges with resilience and optimism.
